CANCELLATIONS ARE MADE ONLY AS FOLLOWS
CANCELLATION BY MEMBERS
For regular season trips:
Cancellations before Thursday at noon will receive a full refund, less processing fees.
Cancellations after Thursday at noon forfeit the full registration fee.
For Vermont trips:
Ticket counts must be finalized seven days before the trip and no cancellations will be refunded after that point. See trip registration notices for further information.
If a member is signed up for a trip and cannot attend, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or text 805-635-7669 ~ especially for last minute/day of updates. We keep track of every single student and appreciate your assistance.
If a member fails to appear for the trip, the member's family will receive a very early morning confirmation call that your child is not on the bus with us.
NOTE: If Medical Coverage changes after registration/anytime during the season, please update with the FLSC. It is each member/family responsibility to ensure that the information in their FLSC profile is accurate and up to date.
